الشباب والبالغون من ذوي الإعاقة (البصرية، الحركية، والذهنية البسيطة) من سن 15 إلى 35 سنة الراغبون في التأهيل والعمل المستقل. Youth and adults with visual, physical, or mild intellectual disabilities aged 15 to 35 seeking vocational qualification and sustainable job opportunities.
